Sally Allen

Remedial Massage & Bodywork

"I recently had three sessions with Sally aimed at restoring balance in my posture. In this short time, Sally was able to help me improve my posture. This had a positive impact on a niggly shoulder I had been dealing with and also helped me become more body aware when training in the gym and playing sport. Sally was very knowledgeable, listened carefully, and was very caring in her approach. I would highly recommend Sally"

"I was treated by Sally for a shoulder/arm injury which had been niggling me for months. Sally immediately identified the problem and over a few sessions has worked miracles. She also gave me clear instructions for exercises to do at home to speed recovery and prevent the problem returning. I have been delighted with Sally's professional and encouraging approach to my treatment and have been very impressed by her knowledge and expertise. I would happily recommend her services."

"My husband and I have been having massages with Sally for the last 7 years. Her massages are excellent - she works deeply and intuitively, tailoring the massage to suit your individual needs. She listens carefully and works so caringly.  Sally provides such a professional service, we would recommend her wholeheartedly. "

"Sally treated me for shoulder, neck and hip pain caused by carrying babies and toddlers.  It had been hurting for months, but within a few sessions Sally had sorted out the problems and I was pain free.  I completely recommend Sally's friendly, professional and effective services."

"I was given a Christmas voucher for three bodywork sessions with Sally and have been so impressed with the improvement of my overall posture and general mind & body health that I have and will continue to book a session on a monthly basis. I have also encouraged my elderly mother to have treatment and she is also a regular client. Sally is considerate and effective in her approach to managing individual problems and I would thoroughly recommend the three session treatment, or individual sessions to address any ongoing aches & pains." ...

"After I developed the chronic form of a neurological condition known as Guillain Barre I was given physiotherapy by the NHS. Eventually I was told that treatment was no longer available and so I looked for someone to treat me privately.  From experience I knew that I needed a deep massage to my legs to improve the circulation affected by both the illness and drugs. Later, a second illness, Castleman's Lymphoma, and operations caused oedema which added to my problems.  Sally began treating me about eight years ago and as she got to know me spent time researching the effects of both of my illnesses so that she could best utilise her skills.  Over the years she has treated me regularly, improving my situation considerably and halting the gradual decline in my joint mobility and muscle use.  Conscientious and caring she continues to make a big difference to my life and helps to keep me independent."
